A team that is late, unprepared, or difficult to communicate with creates problems that ripple across an entire production day and those problems are always avoidable. Canvas and Coif exists for the decision-makers who have learned that lesson and are no longer willing to take that risk.
We come to every booking prepared. That means confirmed call times, a clear understanding of the creative brief, and artists who know how to work efficiently in fast-moving environments without sacrificing quality. We communicate proactively, adapt when the day changes (because it always does) and we never make ourselves the reason a timeline falls apart. On a production set, at a speaking conference, or in a studio, our job is to make your talent look exceptional and stay out of your way while doing it.

From your first inquiry to the moment you walk down the aisle, every touchpoint is structured, intentional, and designed around you. The moment you sign your contract, you receive a Welcome Guide with beauty prep guidance, skincare tips, and everything you need to begin planning with confidence. It is our way of making sure you never feel like you are waiting for information or wondering what comes next. Your preview session comes next -- a dedicated appointment where we collaborate on your vision, test looks, and refine every detail until you feel completely certain about your final style. This is not a formality. It is one of the most important appointments of your wedding process, and we treat it that way.
At 30 days out, we send a detailed planning form to gather everything we need -- your party members, your camera-ready time, your venue details. From that information, we build your custom beauty timeline, a document that accounts for every person, every service, and every minute of your wedding morning. Your final invoice is due at this stage as well, and once it is settled, you receive your complete wedding weekend timeline with each person's name, appointment time, and service listed clearly. No ambiguity, no last-minute scrambling.

We cap our calendar at 50 weddings annually—not because we can't book more, but because we refuse to dilute the experience. Our artists earn what they're worth, and our clients receive the focused attention their investment deserves.
