• A Legitimate, Attorney-Backed Contract – No vague agreements or handshake deals. Our contract is legally sound, ensuring transparency and professionalism.

• A Fully Insured, Registered LLC – We take our business seriously. This is not our side hustle or hobby. Our team is covered by liability insurance for peace of mind on your wedding day.

• A Comprehensive Welcome Packet – You’ll receive a detailed guide on what to expect, plus expert tips on prepping your skin and hair for your wedding. We include referrals for top salons, facialists, and spray tan artists, as well as recommendations for bridal hair accessories and veils.

• Pre-Preview Prep Guide – Before your hair and makeup preview, you’ll get a customized guide on how to prep for your appointment, so you can get the most out of your trial session.

• Personalized Timeline Coordination – Our admin team collaborates with you, your planner, and your photographer to create a seamless, stress-free wedding weekend beauty schedule. We make sure everything runs smoothly, so all you have to do is relax and enjoy.

When you inquire through our contact form found here, we will send you a proposal created with the information your have provided. To secure your date, a retainer + a signed contract is required. The retainer is nonrefundable and will be deducted from your final total. The retainer is 50% of your service total, excluding travel and gratuity. After you have signed your contract and paid your retainer, we will send you a welcome guide with all of the fun information and what to expect.

All Canvas + Coif artists must be able to work with clients of all skin tones and skin types. All artists have various specialties and will be handpicked for each job depending on the aesthetic and creative requirements.

A hair + makeup preview is your personal beauty trial run—think of it as a dress rehearsal for your wedding day look. This session allows you to collaborate with your artist to design + fine-tune the perfect hair + makeup style, ensuring it feels authentic to you + camera-ready. It’s also the ideal opportunity to see your full vision before the big day, so there are no surprises—just confidence. We recommend scheduling your preview 4–8 weeks before your wedding. Our team makes it easy and convenient by coming to you. Whether you prefer the comfort of your home or the luxury of your hotel, we’ll meet you at the location of your choice to create a seamless, stress-free experience and we will send you an informative prep guide a week before so you feel ready and prepared.
